From Cost Center to Strategic Partner: Learnings from EY
July 01, 2026 14:00 Europe/Copenhagen
Getting a seat at the table starts with understanding who's already sitting there. This session gives security professionals direct access to the C-suite perspective. Hear how your reports are read, how security adds value to the organization, and what it takes to move from being seen as a cost center to becoming a strategic partner leadership can't afford to ignore.
Harald Bizenberger, Partner at EY, who has spent his career navigating business valuation, M&A transactions, and security risk management across multiple geographies, making all the critical calls. He is joined by Mads Pærregaard, CEO at Human Risks, for an honest and direct conversation from two leaders.
You'll walk away with:
A firsthand look at how senior leaders perceive value from the security reports landing on their desk
Insight from someone who has spent their career on the receiving end of risk assessments
Practical tools to close the gap between what your security team delivers and what leadership actually needs to hear
Hear what it takes to get a seat at the table.
